1. Recover the refrigerant.
2. Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement.
- Air Conditioning Receiver and Dehydrator Plug
- Air Conditioning Receiver and Dehydrator Plug Retaining Ring
- Air Conditioning Receiver and Dehydrator

Preliminary Procedure
1. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf).
2. Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube@Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve - Remove.
- Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Bolt[2x]
CAUTION: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution.
Tighten 4.7 N.m (42 lb in) - Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve
- Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Seal[2x]
Procedure
Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer.

Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.
- Air Conditioning Refrigerant Pressure Sensor
CAUTION: Fastener Caution
Procedure
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Tighten 7N.m (62 lb in) - Air Conditioning Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Seal
Procedure- DISCARD the O-ring seal.
- Install a NEW O-ring seal.
- Using the GE-39400-A detector and leak test the A/C compressor fittings.
