Removal Procedure
1. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module - Remove.

{ If equipped }Auxiliary Heater Core(2) - Remove.
3.

Heater Core(1) - Remove.
4.

Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator Case Bolt(1) - Remove[5x].
5.

Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator Case(1) - Remove.
6. Unlock the retaining tabs.
7. Transfer components as necessary.
Installation Procedure
1.

NOTE: This step only needs to be performed if the vehicle is equipped
with an
auxiliary heater core.
Cut out the auxiliary heater core cover along the marked line (1) from the
new heater and air conditioning
evaporator case.

CAUTION: Fastener Caution
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator Case Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[5x]
2.5N.m (22 lb in).

1. Remove The Tire And Wheel.
2. Inflate The Tire To The Pressure Stated On The Tire Placard.
3. Submerge The Tire/Wheel Into A Water Bath In Order To Locate The Leak.
4. Using A Grease Pencil, Mark The Wheel To Indicate The Leak Areas.
5. Using A Grease Pencil, Mark The Tire At The Valve Stem
WARNING: In order to avoid personal injury, do not remove the cap or
open the cooling
system drains from a hot system. Allow the system to cool first.
NOTE: Do not use a chemical flush.
Store used coolant in the proper manner, such as in a used engine coolant
holding tank.
